You know that feeling one gets as you see the beer glass tipping toppling over with that last swallow of the nectar from the hops ...

No, don't know 'that feeling'... but don't need to. Your haiku stands strong, without need of help. My heart ached... I support the Elephant Sanctury Hohenwald which homes many relieved circus eles. YAM xx

    1. Have you ever tried to keep something from falling and you just move in slow motion? that is the feeling I get just as the glass hits the floor. Good job on supporting the eles! janice xx

Oh I see... thought you meant the last swallow coming to mouth which I couldn't quite figure. Oh yes - actually had that particular experience last week on the road trip; waitress obtaining drinks for a diner turned and someone walked into her - it all went slo-mo... could not do a thing to help her! What a noise and mess... Yxx

  2. The haiku was painful....still struggling with the beer feeling!

    1. I hate to spill the last drink of coffee, tea or whatever. Yes, poor chained animals of any species.
