serenade
Carpe Diem #1084 Serenade (Schubert)
Families gather round a table ladened with food. A table that has passed through generations. From a grandmother none of those present knew due to the 1918 pandemic. We each one carry a bit of that grandmother's dna in our faces, bodies or smiles. While Grandma Annie was never known, her oak table provides the place to spread a feast of love.
