Carpe Diem #1083 Air (Bach) It is the time of year to change out the flowers on my parents' grave.  The cemetery is one of those perpetual care places.  Mom bought the plots, four at the time, in the 1960's.  Sissy and I were still kids at home so there needed to be four graves .... just in case.  Years later Mom gave two of the graves to my uncle in exchange for a car.  Now instead of my younger sister or I being there next to them, it is our first cousin.  A handsome man in his late 60's that died from complications of ALS.  There were no flowers on his grave... autumn evening air hangs heavily above the graves ©    petra domina Thanks to Chèvrefeuille for daily prompts on  CARPE DIEM HAIKU KAI
