Basho

Chèvrefeuille's Gift to You to Celebrate Our First Luster Of Carpe Diem Haiku Kai #2 "Use That Quote"

Here is the quote for your inspiration:

“There is nothing you can see that is not a Bashoflower; there is nothing you can think that is not the moon”. Matsuo Basho

Confused

Times of life come too fast
Sitting in the midst is like
Riding the middle of a tornado.

A tornado that is full of debris
From the lives of others.
Slapping against one's own soul.

Pulled in all directions
With the sound and winds so loud
Eardrums burst leaving only pain.

In search of quiet a broom is grabbed
To sweep away doubts
And all times of confusion.
